July 7, 2025

📌 Course: Fundamentals of Public Participation & Engagement (Level 1)👉 Register
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST​

An essential introduction to meaningful and effective engagement, this course explores key principles, concepts, and best practices. Participants learn how to design and apply engagement strategies in real-world contexts.

• New practitioners in P2/engagement

• Anyone looking to understand and apply the fundamentals of public participation​

📌 Course: Designing Public Participation & Engagement (Level 2)👉 Register​

This course provides a deep dive into scoping, community mapping, setting objectives, and selecting appropriate methods to develop an effective engagement plan.

• Practitioners leading or supporting engagement planning and implementation

• Anyone responsible for designing engagement strategies

📌 Course: Applying Methods (Level 2)👉 Register​

Participants explore a variety of engagement methods, learning how to select, assess, and integrate them effectively into public participation processes.

📌 Who should take this course?

• Practitioners with public participation experience looking to enhance their skills

• Those responsible for choosing and implementing engagement methods

📌 Prerequisite: Fundamentals of P2 or IAP2 Way in Challenging Contexts

🎓 Attendance Requirement:
Participants must attend 100% of the course to receive a Certificate of Completion.
